Sources, recruits, screens, interviews, and recommends external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs.
Respond to inquiries about the organization's recruitment activities and status of job vacancies, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organization's recruitment policies.
Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and develop interview questions in cooperation with the hiring manager so interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.
Bachelor's or higher education degree in Human Resources/Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of working experience in mining industry
Previous recruitment experience is plus.
Professional in verbal and written English
