Гүйцэтгэх үндсэн үүрэг

Monitoring, reporting and acting on all aspects contributing towards condition monitoring & underground mining equipment asset health
Development and implementation of improvement projects;
Assisting the Maintenance MRU with improvement project management;
Providing technical engineering assistance to the maintenance MRU and the wider site community where appropriate.
Demonstrate safety leadership in your own behavior and your interactions with others
Assisting in conducting safety verification when visiting underground workshop.
Immediately report any injury, incident or “near miss” encountered during the course of work
Consistently maintaining leadership behaviors that set an example for your colleagues.
Taking responsibility and accountability for own behavior, performance and development
Communicate clear direction to site maintenance teams.
Identify project-based opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce maintenance costs.
Support the reliability team in achieving asset reliability improvement.
Support the Defect Elimination and defect identification process onsite.
Support the reliability team in the execution of DE/Improvement projects as prioritised by the governance process.
Support reliability engineers to conduct RCA into equipment failures, establishing improvement projects and implementing recommendations;
Identify operational factors that can impact equipment reliability

Engineering degree or relevant trade qualification with experience in a maintenance environment.
Exposure to mobile assets (Surface or Underground) and subsequent maintenance activities
Understanding of the operation of mobile mining equipment.
Understanding of the work management process to maintain mobile mining equipment.
Highly Proficient in MS Office and data analysis reporting tools
Competent in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP)
Highly Effective communication skills.
Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and influence outcomes
