Under the guidance of Shangri-la Sports Club Manager, monitor all operation departments strategical operation and perform daily procedure as per departmental SOPs complying with Shangri-La group.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in making strategic yearly sales plan on how to increase revenue.
Maintain established quality standards in all Shangri-La Sports Club areas through active participation in the services.
Communicate with co-workers, management, vendors, members, customers, and all outside contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
Organize all activities happening at Shangri-La Sports Club and those already ongoing. Actively participating into the upselling, recommendations and promotions of these activities to members.
Ensure and control revenue charging and appropriation on daily basis and prepare the report.
Cooperate to other departments in developing and implementing effective customer service strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields related to business administration and hospitality.
Good knowledge of English language both oral and written.
Adaptability and willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Local candidates only.
Gym knowledge and experience would be an advantage.
Sales background and experience would be an advantage.
Good body built.
