We are looking for aninformation technology expert who will drive the digital transformation,

• You will be expected to lead technology implementation and work collaboratively and proactively
• Excellent knowledge of Core Banking needed, either through working in a Bank or through direct work experience of fintech
• The candidate must show a deep understanding of banking business processes and be able to synchronize the tech solutions
• Reporting to the Executive Management, the IT Manager will act as an advisor across business to develop thoughtful, forward-thinking architecture and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and architect software and infrastructure solutions with scalability in mind.
• Implement functionality as a hands-on specialist, especially in technically challenging projects, providing solutions for performance optimization, security, and high availability of the applications.
• Consult solutions from a technical and functional perspective.
• Analyze the target state and assess where solutions would fit in the overall architecture
• Work with Business Development department to finalize what the final solution will look like, identifying product and configuration gaps.
• Consult on market insight, trend spotting, etc.
• Investigate technical and functional defects and propose adequate solutions
• Ensure that development tasks meet business requirements and goals and fulfill end-user requirements

Experience And Qualifications

• Background in banking and fintech, knowledge of internal bank processes
• More than 2 years of experience driving technology road maps and solutions for complex integrated enterprise applications.
• Consolidation of multiple disparate systems into a single scalable technology footprint
• Ability to understand requirements across all functional areas of business
• Ability to define achievable product and technology road maps for new functionality
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and large-scale distributed software applications
• Knowledge of current trends in in banking and fintech
• Excellent communication and team work skills with long term commitment.

Education / Certifications

• Equal or above Bachelor’s degree in Business / IT or equivalent experience
