Technical writing work for Oyu Tolgoi mine underground project maintenance operational documents such as:

    Standard working procedure;

    Standards, Procedures and Guidelines;

    Other documents are utilized at UG Maintenance department as required; and

     Report to the Project Manager

The Service Provider must produce high-quality maintenance documents to satisfy the Company Representative.

Delivered work will be continuously reviewed by the Company supervising leader and feedback provided to the technical writers.

Continuous deliverables in the form of maintenance documents will be reviewed regularly and feedback provided to the writers and vendor as required.

All documents produced shall be in the format, language and content as required by the relevant OT LLC standard

• Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical) or equivalent qualifications and experience.
• Exposure to mobile assets (Surface or Underground) and subsequent maintenance activities
• Fluent in English and Mongolian 
• Highly Proficient in MS Office and data analysis reporting tools
• Competent in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP)
• Highly Effective communication skills
