Гүйцэтгэх үндсэн үүрэг

Be able to keep the confidential and sensitive information;
Be critical thinker with a keen interest in improving an organization’s internal control structure;
Be able to focus on optimization of the business operation and ensuring that the policies and procedures are in compliance with current regulations (laws, standards and etc.)

Degree in Financial accounting, Finance management and other related disciplines;
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mongolian, including technical and business writing;
Analytical and critical thinking ability;
Excellent communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and detail-oriented;
Ability to work independently and under pressure;
Ability to comply with the ethics;
Self-motivated to meet the deadlines;
Well-organized, quick learner and able to manage the work efficiently;
1- or 2-years’ experience in external and internal audit environment is preferable;
Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping or financial software and MS Office is preferable.
