Conduct customer calls to generate sales lead and follow up on sales leads
Maintain up to date market survey and competitive environment concerning the assigned product portfolio
Prepare and present business proposals to customers in a professional manner, follow up on leads, and negotiate sales contract whilst managing COGS
Coordinate with suppliers on a regular basis to offer equipment solutions to customer
Handling all processes including quotation, contract conclusion with customers, an order placement with the vendor, installation and setup of after sales support scheme
Prepare quarterly, annual sales and inventory management plan
Collect receivables from customers to avoid bad debts
Implement established business processes as part of the Quality Manager System and contribute to the continual improvement of the business processes
Carry out business development and new customer development activities through preparing business case to identify business potential, SWOT analysis and cost vs income estimation.
Prepare marketing/advertising/promotional materials and implement sales and marketing activities
Coordinate with AS team to offer a complete equipment solution to the custome
Strictly adhere to the HSE policy and procedures as well comply with all local rules and regulations in business conducts
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum 5 years working experience in sales and mining equipment field
Good technical and parts knowledge and interest
Team work, negotiations and communication skills
Mongolian/ English oral & written on fluent level
