Гүйцэтгэх үндсэн үүрэг

Ensure that transaction are in an accordance to the accounting standards and laws
Bookkeeping of financial transactions especially account payable/receivable transactions
Responsible for day to day of financial transactions to ensure finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
Knowledge of inventory
Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivables and maintaining general ledgers
Maintain high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
Ensure that inventory register is properly maintained
Ensure that register of cost calculation of inventory is properly maintained and prepare inventory report
Prepare reports for management team

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or related fields
Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or finance
Good communication skills
Good written and oral communication skills in both Mongolian and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with advanced knowledge of Excel, and advanced to work in social
Knowledge of accounting software
Good analytical and calculating skills
Ability to make decisions, monitor performance, evaluate and take responsibility
Have good personal organization
Principled and with the right attitude
