Under the guidance and supervision of the Executive Chef, the Service Associate Secretary will provide for all secretarial services within the F&B Culinary ;
The position will coordinate daily office related activities, provide accurate document processing, follow-up and to trace pending projects/ issues, ensure efficient internal and external communications and complete administrative duties as assigned by the Culinary Executive Chef (EC).
The Secretary assists/ helps to maintain high standards of food & beverage culinary administration and service and hygiene records in accordance with established procedures required by the Hotel and Company in order to deliver the Shangri-La Experience.
