Head of Department is responsible for managing the e-commerce/online business, driving growth and delivering consumer electronics and furniture brands experience to the consumer.

• Meeting customers’ expectations by recommending changes to product or services at online section.
• Administering and supervising web merchandising team to accomplish the company target.
• Developing strategies to make recommendations for best investment tactics for each department.
• Providing support for strategy development and sales performances.
• Drive e-commerce/online revenue growth, manage expenses, and deliver to financial results.
• Lead e-commerce/online team and deliver merchandising and content planning and execution for the various digital channels, including site and email.

•  Marketing or IT degree is required.

·   A minimum of 2 years of management experience.

·   Basic technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP is an advantage

·   Excellent leadership skills and the ability to coach and inspire team members.

·   Advanced proficiency with MS Office software

·   Strong verbal and written communication skills
