We are currently seeking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing Team.

Sales Coordinator

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing assists in the negotiation process and handling corporate clients, assists in sending proposals and Letters of Agreement, secretarial and administrative back-up which includes Department’s reports, hotel inspections,attending to walk-in clients or any other specific projects as assigned.Ensures prompt, efficient and friendly service to all guests at all time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handles incoming telephone calls and inquiries
• Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Assist assigned manager to prepare and distribute all external and internal documents,such as proposal and internal documents, such as proposal letters, corporate or travel agency contracted rates, etc
• Up-keeps departmental filing and tracing system for all sales related information and
  documents such as Menu, Group Files and proposals
• Maintains the office tidiness and ensuring sufficient office supply and equipments maintenance

• Maintains good business relationship and rapport with clients           

EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Sales Coordinator in an international hotel or the same/ similar capacity with a luxury hotel group
• Basic knowledge of English language is an advantage (oral and written)
• Strong organizational skills & ability to work under pressure
• Able to work independently
• Strong Interpersonal skills
