RETAIL STORE SALES MANAGER (PRO SHACK TOOL STORE)
Job description
- Lead Proshack store team towards achievement of established goals and objectives for the store
- Ensure timely turnaround of inventory needed to comply with commitments to customers
- Place orders to vendors and handle the order placement with vendors, shipment with Logistics team and delivery process with Proshack team and the customer
- Manage account receivables with the team and the customers and make sure customers are placing the payments before due date
- Manage pricing of Proshack store sold items
- Conduct quarterly meetings with vendors and manage the relationship with vendors
- Hire, train and monitor performance of the store staff
- Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize dead stock and to ensure contractual obligation by MSM is fulfilled
- Handle customer complaints immediately as per the Industrial Department’s procedure
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree diploma in relevant field, such as Business Management, Accounting, Finance and Marketing
- Proven experience in sales, vendor management and inventory management
- Expertise in contract negotiation, ensuring favorable terms for sustainable business relationships
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English
- Advanced skills in MS office and familiarity with ERP systems
