Manage relationship with existing tenants (both retail brands and corporate clients)
Attract new tenants to Office and Mall spaces/units at Shangri-La Centre and Central Tower through networking and community engagement activities
Design and execute strategies to reach performance/sales targets
Prepare Tenancy Agreement drafts, notices to tenants and other necessary paperwork
Prepare reports on metrics such as financial performance/forecast, occupancy, lease expiry and tenant mix of lease units
Survey the market and analyze trends

Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields related to property management, real estate management, commerce or business administration
Minimum 3 years of work experience
Proficient written and spoken English
Excellent sales, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with good analytical skills
Team player and problem solver
Working knowledge of property regulations and real estate trends is a plus
