You will be expected to lead HR strategy and work collaboratively and proactively.

Excellent knowledge of local and international best practices is needed, obtained through higher education and financial sector experience.

The candidate must show a deep understanding of banking business processes and be able to develop HR plan that matches organizational goals, with directly reporting to the Executive Management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage human resource programs and strategies
• Responsible for recruiting and retention strategies; employee relations and engagement; and day-to-day procedures
• Manage the department which includes hiring, benefits administration, payroll administration, and ongoing employee relations work
• Ensure that Transcapitalmaintains compliance with HR related programs, policies, and regulations.

Experience And Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years HR management experience and more than 7 years of HR general experience
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals
• Ability to collaborate with other departments and all levels with Excellent communication skills
• High in leadership and decision making skills
• Ability to learn and improve skills, with long term career commitment.

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Human Resources
• English proficiency is a must.
