- Making sales, renting cars to customers
- Being in charge for the customer service for out international and national clients
- Handling all telephone and email inquires 
- Providing excellent customer service in all customer contact situations according to our quality standards 
- Organizing reservations according to the available fleet

- Must have Bachelor Degree in Tourism 
- Must have excellent speaking/writing English skills 
- Must have a customer and service oriented past employment experience 
- Must have previous experience in the customer service area 
- Must have the ability to manage stressful or unusual situations in order to maintain excellent customer service
- Must have good organisational skills 
- Must have the ability to adapt in a fast moving environment 
- Must have a valid drivers license
