We are currently seeking qualified candidate for the position of Field Service Lead Hand based onsite – 14/14 schedule at the field.

• Keep all maintenance tools and equipment clean, secure, and in good operating condition.
• Ensure the maintenance workshop and storage rooms are clean, organized and secured at all times;
• Ensuring all maintenance repairs are performed in accordance with guidelines and within time & cost target;
• Source technical information from the relevant available reference manuals, technical documents, and computer-based systems;
• Assist crews to effectively meet daily safety and maintenance targets;
• Lead the daily activities of the field team and where applicable field service team ensuring all repairs are completed to the applicable OEM published procedures, applicable time, quality and cost parameters;
• Constant feedback about the task in mine site to UBS head office;
• Other projects and duties as assigned by Supervisor.

• Education in related field and 3 to 5 years of experience in the industry;
• Ability to check shop manuals, or parts catalogs;
• Strong organizational and follow up skills;
• Eye for detail;
• Strong time management skill;
• Good command of written and verbal.
