RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)   Participating in the negotiations;

2)   Consulting clients;

3)   Analyzing legal documents, local laws and legislations;

4)   Drafting contracts, legal opinions, commercial offers, memorandums and other templates;

5)   Publishing scientific and practical publications, carrying out seminars; and

6)    Evaluating documents compliance with applicable laws and regulations of Mongolia.

REQUIREMENTS:

1)   Strong academic track record (local diploma from a well-regarded university, preferably from Law School of Mongolian National University);

2)   From 1 to 3 years of experience in law firm or in-house corporate lawyer;

3)   Admitted through passing Bar Examination (preferred);

4)   Excellent Mongolian and English (advanced level - both oral and written);

5)   Ability to work under strict deadlines and in stressful conditions. 

AREA OF EXPERTISE:

• Corporate law;
• Labor law and commercial law;
• Civil litigation (preferred).
