Position Overview: CPO will play a key role in managing complex IT projects and overseeing our project management team. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while upholding the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to navigate complex project challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.
Develop project strategies, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to these plans.
Coordinate across departments to align resources, address risks, and resolve issues.
Foster client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project updates and feedback.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
