• Draft, negotiate, and review various contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, client contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Provide legal advice on compliance matters and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop compliance programs to mitigate legal risks.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide guidance on contract-related issues and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization.
• Assist in training staff on compliance matters and best practices.

• Higher education degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Mongolia.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts and compliance law.
• Strong understanding of contract law and compliance regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Mongolian and English languages

Position

• Based in Ulaanbaatar
• 5*2 days work schedule, (4 days at office, 1-day remote work)
