Employment Relations Specialist
Job description
- Manage employment relations risks and conduct assessments in the company and take necessary actions;
- Create and update company policies and procedures related to the human resources;
- Conduct necessary employee trainings regarding the labor law changes and scheduled trainings;
- Arrange effective communication between the company and employees;
- Assist with department related duties and internal events;
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resource management or related field;
- 5 years of employment relations experience;
- Strong knowledge of Labor law and related regulations;
- Competency to handle employment claims/tribunals;
- Advanced English (Japanese is a plus);
