OFFICE ASSISTANT

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers related to service, billing, and other departments Understanding how to best schedule technicians appropriately based on their skill set and customer needs Make warm outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments Manage customer concerns with the objective of maintaining a positive customer relationship Ensures technicians and managers are provided daily schedules and maintains consistent communication Files documents and develops or modifies filing practices, including use of electronic rather than paper records. Creates or maintains files in Excel, PDF, etc. Search for parts and equipment and place orders. Prepare information and research for manager’s needs. Follows up on activities to ensure completion in an established time frame Prepare estimates and invoices. Collect payment in a timely manner Keep and record files on daily jobs, technicians' timetables, equipment purchased Performs other related duties as assigned
