Marketing & Communications coordinator

The Communications Coordinator role is a third-level managerial role for CNCF who is hired to ensure all management of the communications of the organisation. The role is to support the operations of all new and current programmes throughout the organisation, establishment of partnership with relevant local organisations and to support the overall CNCF structures both internationally and domestically in terms of communications.   External: Create communications plan and strategy Create and develop content and direct creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted and impactful message Identify potential partners in Mongolia and outside of Mongolia, organise a meeting with the potential partners Coordinate and prepare monthly newsletters; for Mongolian staff members, English speaking stakeholders, and Mongolian speaking stakeholders Manage Mailchimp lists and create systems to keep the information updated Attend networking events and do follow up meetings and emails proactively Communication with hub offices and international marketing and communications team Prepare press releases as needed Oversee the operations of the CNCF podcast and other blog posts Social media management; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn (at least one post a week) & prepare detailed media activity reports Work with all programmes to ensure all communication is in a good flow Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials Take photos and videos of all programmes in alignment with organisation’s branding guideline Reach out to influencers, media, and beyond in order to raise awareness of CNCF in the community Identify most needed brochures, leaflets, and other printed documents for organisation branding Identify potential grant opportunities and apply both in-country and outside of the country Internal: Ensure and help employees across the organisation stay up to date about the company’s vision, goals, projects, and executive updates by leading strategic internal and executive communications programmes Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee moral and ethics Study and assess the current internal communications channel and work on the development plan based on the study report Determine smooth and easy communications throughout the organisation i.e. phone, email, chat, and other devices Train employees on the communications procedures and policies Identify and create the policies and procedures, ensure all of them are being followed and processes are working effectively Create and maintain a system for photo and data archive Manage all beneficiary numbers yearly Ensure all employees are informed and motivated
