Collect, maintain and process time sheets, rosters and leave requests for the service department (incl workshop). Raise/process purchase requisitions/orders Generate Service and workshop quotes, Invoices and work orders Act at the local warranty handeler for all parts and service warranty claims Arrange local travel (air) for All personnel (excluding OT service contract staff) and visitors General data entry, typing and administrative tasks Generation of monthly and quarterly reports and other specific reports as requested. Ongoing development and improvement of current parts and service database. Prepare monthly/quarterly contract review presentations. Generate procedural documentation for all Parts and service contract related processes Able to take on extra work load to cover for sick and annual leave of the other team members Adhere to all Sandvik OH&S and Environmental policy and procedures. Support the Parts and Service Manageras required.
