Position Overview We are looking to ramp up our Social and Branded Contents Writing and are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, eager-to-learn, not-afraid-to-experiment Business Writer. This position is perfect for someone passionate about creating and managing compelling, engaging, and entertaining Social & Branded Content for our mediums (Lemon Press, Inside Mongolia, Videos & Audios, and Socials). You should be willing to understand and work with brands from various different sectors including but not limited to finance, construction, commerce, tech, mining, energy, and communication.  Here’s what you’ll be working on: Content Creation: Produce a wide range of business-related content, including but not limited to website copy, blog posts, white papers, case studies, reports, press releases, marketing collateral, and internal communications. Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market analysis, competitors, and relevant topics to inform content development and maintain accuracy and relevance. Audience Analysis: Identify target audiences and tailor messaging and tone to resonate with different stakeholders, including customers, investors, partners, and employees. Brand Messaging: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice across all communication channels, adhering to brand guidelines and positioning. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and senior management, to gather information, brainstorm ideas, and align content strategies with business objectives. Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure clarity, coherence, accuracy, and adherence to grammatical and stylistic standards.
