Our main activities are research, projects and programs, consulting and training, monitoring and evaluation services in a professional, independent, factual, reliable and qualitative environment. We focus on the areas of environment, education, public and reproductive health, economy, governance, rural communities, gender equality, sexual minorities and social issues.
HSPIM has 12 full-time employees, working as project directors, managers, evaluators, research coordinators, and supervisors as well as and 8 part-time employees. HSPIM’s employees are proficient in conducting research and training, managing projects and providing consultation services. Our employees are professionals in economics, finance, human rights, social work, public health and management, experience in relevant social and health research areas.
Since 2012, we have been performing baseline, mid-term, and endline studies of the projects in the fields including water hygiene and sanitation transformation, communicable and non-communicable diseases and partnering with project implementers.
Brief summary of services by HSPIM, including, but not limited to:
- Developing technical and financial proposals to the project;
- Monitoring and evaluation services assist in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of projects and evaluating the outcomes and impacts of the project;
- Organizing public outreach activities including media campaigns, public speaking, publishing research, distribution of IEC materials among different target groups, developing communications strategy designed for the project.
- Training for local communities, public agencies, and private entities using interactive, participatory methods.
- Developing research methodology, tools, and instruments;
- Providing data quality assessment and reviews;
- Providing advanced data analysis using SPSS, Stata, ArcGIS, and CsPro; and
- Summarizing and write report on research results and findings.
