GRATA International Mongolia Law firm is looking for an Associate(Lawyer).  The Associate shall perform the following duties as daily tasks in Mongolian and English:  Advise on various legal matters of the local and foreign clients and prepare legal memorandum;  Draft operational and commercial contracts; advise and revise various commercial contracts;  Represent the client to the third parties including the state authority, court, arbitration or other stakeholders;   Prepare legal alert on new or updated laws and legislations;   Other duties assigned etc.
