Key responsibilities include: Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules to identify and target specific sales prospects and/or markets. Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, trials, seminars, solution presentations to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to orders. Develop and maintain positive long-term relationships with existing and new customers through close management of the accounts and attention to their needs. Respond promptly to customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and present quotes, proposals, pricing, credit terms to customers. Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve acceptable market share growth, revenue growth, and share of customer in the assigned area of responsibility
Position objective Primary responsibility for the company marketing, branding, internal and external communications as per the Epiroc Brand Manual. Reporting to General Manager. Specific tasks and responsibilities, but are not limited to Marketing plan in cooperation with Sales department Communications plan Share Point and Website owner Communications plan and strategy owner, executor Branding owner to internal and external stakeholders Regular communications publications (newspapers, etc.) Marketing events coordinator and owner, including PR and Sponsorships To write, compile and maintain Website content of MNA website; To lead or participate in Group Communication programs and projects; Maintenance of company website and social profiles Driver of social and community engagement Support HR, Business Control, Sales and other departments to achieve common Company and Group goals
