Key Responsibilities: Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail). Organizing and managing the agendas of the team and company managers. Coordinating daily office activities, including managing supplies and ensuring office spaces are well-maintained. Organizing meetings, company events, and supporting travel logistics. Communicating with suppliers and clients. Assisting with basic administrative tasks (invoicing, expense management, document filing). Managing company documentation and ensuring compliance with internal regulations. Required Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Team player with the ability to interact with different roles within the company. Advanced knowledge of English (both written and spoken) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
