Duties & responsibilities:

• Draft daily subsidiary companies legal related letter, documents to governent offices and other legal required matters
• File arrange and organize  all types of legal documents like contracts, leases, licenses, sales, purchases, and real estate etc
• Negotiate and draft contracts
• Manage any legal issues 
• Research relevant legal materials to aid decision making
• Identify implications for cases from legal precedents or other legal information
• Represent the company before administrative boards and court trials if needed
• Provide supervision to outside lawyers hired to assist the company with their specialized legal services

Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Law
• Must have 3+ years of Commercial Law experience
• Strong problem solving skills and work ethics
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of strong negotiation, communication, organizational, and people management skills and the ability to influence and build relationships without direct authority
• Experience in interfacing with overseas and mainland counterparts will be an advantage
• Excellent command in spoken and written English
